Semi-trailer mounted crushing plants are also available from MEKA product range. They are complete with feeder, crusher, discharge conveyor and electrical control panel to make it user friendly and productive. MEKA MMG plant combines jaw crusher with a high stroke, vibrating grizzly feeder resulting in high production mobile crushing machine. Grizzly feeder is with adjustable opening and by-pass chute for greater flexibility. The tail of the product conveyor raises for transport and lowers for operation, maximizing clearance under the jaw crusher. The conveyor discharge height adjusts to reduce material impact on the receiving.

MEKA mobile crushing and screening groups are no different from stationary analogues in terms of performance, operational characteristics and operational costs, with the added advantage of providing a compact, solid and easy setup. Most of our machines from our product range can be manufactured on mobile chassis, except high-tonnage crushers that exceed the allowed load on axles and can’t be granted road permission.

Closed side setting is made on control panel. In case of overload, setting is increased automatically until overload disappears. Under normal load, setting is adjusted to set value automatically. In case of an uncrushable material, such as a piece of iron, enters in crushing chamber, Closed Side Setting System reacts and increases opening by lowering the mainshaft to get the uncrushable material out of chrushing chamber.

Log washers are very high energy units designed to disintegrate tough clay particles. With longer wash tubs they provide significantly increased retention time. Retention can further be increased by switching to straight paddle design and higher working angles. All MEKA Log washers are provided with spray bars to make a final rinse before the product leaves the wash box.

MEKA Log Washers are designed to produce valuable products from what was once called rejects. They scrub the faces of rocks, break down plastic clays and produce a material that is clean and easy to process. MEKA Log Washers can accept feed up to 150mm sphere particles. With different length units, optional straight paddle design and possibility to increase working angle retention time can be changed to meet process requirements.

Crusher Feed Chute:
One piece fabrication with 25 mm thick on the side and 20mm thick on the top and bottom parts with wear resistant steel plate. Grizzly Fines/Bypass Chute: A two-way dirt chute is provided to discharge to the product conveyor or the dirt conveyor. Fabricated in 6mm mild steel plate, complete with flap door to direct grizzly fines to either the side dirt convey.

Guarding : Sheet metal guards are provided for all drives, flywheels, pulleys and couplings. • The guards provided are designed and manufactured to meet CE standards. Hinged access guards are provided on the top, side ends of the engine, flywheels, hydraulic equipment and control panel.
