ESCO SXDP

The ESCO SXDP Super Extreme Duty Plate Lip Bucket For 20-75 –ton Excavators
was developed for the most severe, high wear applications. The SXDP includes all of the XDP bucket features plus an extreme-duty wear package providing more cast wear protection Including:

Ultralok Chisel Points provide penetration and strength
Incorporate two cast shrouds on each wing, cast corner wear shoes (heel bands), cast weld-on lip shrouds, AR400 horizontal wear kit and vertical wear pads
Standard offering available for 20- to 75-ton class excavators in capacities of 0.64 to 5.97 cu. yds.

ESCO XDP

The ESCO XDP bucket is engineered for tough overburden digging applications. The XDP bucket provides superior performance when top loading or excavating rock material.

The XDP features:

Lip and beam gussets that provide increased durability in high stress corners.
T1 steel one-piece reinforcing plates for additional side plate strength and wear resistance.
400 Brinell bottom runner wraps under the lugs for full abrasion resistance and additional structural integrity.

Including:

Premium Ultralok Chisel Points provide penetration and strength

Ultralok® Tooth Systems

The Ultralok system is a two-piece, hammerless tooth system.

Bulldozer Ripper Attachments For CATERPILLAR, KOMATSU, JOHN DEERE AND CASE

ESCO’s Uni-Lok Ripper system for dozers is fabricated from ESCO AR 400 plate, a through-hardened material for maximum performance in the toughest applications.

The Uni-Lok system is available in three options:

Rip-A-Pak™ kits to rebuild worn out shanks
Cast alloy steel ripper shanks with Uni-Lok system
Fabricated ripper shanks with cast Uni-Lok noses

ESCO offers a full line of ripper attachments for excavators from 7 to 75 metric tons.

ESCO’s rippers feature:

Easy to change corner wear cap provides additional protection in high wear areas.
Flat bottom design with increased spade angle leaves a clean floor, reducing tire wear and damage.
Spade angle increases penetration and cycle time for increased production.

LOADMASTER Front End Loader Bucket Lip Wear System

The Loadmaster HDP (Quarry) lip is engineered to meet the specific needs of loading machines used in aggregate operations. Constructed of A514 plate lip and wing, the Loadmaster lip system combines the ESCO Ultralok tooth system with Toplok fully mechanical lip and wing shrouds.

The Loadmaster HDP (Quarry) lip gives you:

A flat bottom with increased spade angle for cleaner floors, reducing tire wear and damage
Shroud wings not only provide a flush cut, but also help to protect the adapters
Increased penetration and easier loading from the slim profile of the Ultralok tooth system and Toplok shrouds.
